How selling works

  1. List. Sign up and add your watch: brand, reference, photos, and your asking price. Takes about five minutes.
  2. Authenticate. Send the watch to our Bengaluru hub, where Hourmark's horologists verify it is genuine, grade its condition, and issue a certificate.
  3. Sell. The buyer pays into escrow. We ship the authenticated watch to them, fully insured and tracked.
  4. Buyer inspects. The buyer has 72 hours after delivery to confirm the watch arrived undamaged and matches the listing.
  5. Get paid. Once the 72-hour window closes, funds release to your bank by UPI or NEFT.

Dialroom lets you pick a selling model per listing:

  • Private Escrow (10–15%): Most popular for one-off sellers. List it, the buyer pays into escrow, you ship to our hub for authentication, we forward to the buyer.
  • Consignment (18–20%): Fully hands-off. Send the watch upfront and we authenticate, photograph, list, sell, and ship it for you.
  • Trusted Dealer (8–10%): For verified businesses shipping directly to buyers.

Commissions exclude GST. Payouts in INR by UPI or NEFT to a bank account in the seller's legal name.
